We are Frits and Nathalie, and in September 2024 we exchanged the Netherlands for the pure, unspoiled life in Italy. Our goal? To leave the hustle and bustle behind and create a place where people can truly relax and enjoy the peace, nature and hospitality of Abruzzo.
We have transformed our house with great care and passion into an atmospheric B&B, complete with modern bathrooms in every room and space for up to 10 guests. Here you can enjoy a small-scale, personal holiday experience in the middle of nature.
Every morning we start the day with a fresh and extensive breakfast on our terrace, with a beautiful view of the Gran Sasso mountains. Then you can go out to explore the region, or just relax in one of our lounge areas. Directly from our property you have access to the river Fino, ideal for a short walk in nature.
Abruzzo, also known as the green heart of Europe, is an unspoiled region where mass tourism has not yet struck. Here you will find national parks full of breathtaking nature, endless hiking and cycling routes, charming medieval villages and a beautiful coastline. The beach of Pineto is only 45 km from our B&B.
Don’t want to drive yourself for a day? No problem! We offer a transport service with our 7-person car.

The Cantina always has a cold drink at hand
In our Cantina you can enjoy a cold beer, a good glass of wine or a refreshing drink. The fridge is always well stocked! There are also coffee and tea facilities and a gas stove available for those who want to cook something themselves. You can simply write down your drink on a list, and at the end of your stay we will settle it together.
Transport service
After a pleasant evening in a local restaurant, don’t feel like driving yourself? Or do you want to explore the area for a day without being behind the wheel yourself? We offer a transport service with our spacious 7-seater Opel Zafira, for a small fee.

Our rooms
The former residence has been transformed into three comfortable guest rooms, each with its own bathroom.
Our rooms are non-smoking, but smoking is allowed on the terrace. For fire safety reasons, smoking is not permitted anywhere else on the premises. Pets are welcome for an additional charge of €10 per night, provided they are kept on a leash outside, due to the sheep and cows that graze next to our property.
